Standard FREE delivery to England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands takes up to 5 days.
Delivery prices to other areas is determined by the total order weight. This will be shown with the shipping details during checkout. This includes Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, IoM, and Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isles of Scilly, as well as EU, Europe, North America, Rest of the World.

If the goods were refused due to damage in transit or signed for as “DAMAGED UNCHECKED”, the cost of return should be borne by the courier company. Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer and the goods will be repaired or replaced (in extreme circumstances) should the “reason for return” be found valid. Peachment Online will not refund goods (for business to business transactions) that are: a) undamaged and in good working order b) repairable c) custom made, i.e. personalized d) in the possession of the customer for more than 5 working days without informing Peachment Online. In all cases Peachment Online reserve the right to repair or replace goods over refunding monies.
Should the goods be rejected purely under the distance selling regulations (applies to consumer purchases only) then delivery costs and financial costs (e.g. credit card charges) incurred by Peachment Online will be borne by the consumer. Refunds in these cases will be refunded upon the receipt of written confirmation of cancellation from the consumer.
The address for any returns will be given by Peachment Online and may be different in each case.
Once clearance has been given by Peachment Online, please package securely and dispatch to the above address.
